Cutthroat:  Strong, vicious circle goon, with a blade for an arm and a hjundred knives at his disposal.

Hardware:  Vicious circle hitman with uncanny aim.  Deceased.

Skullface:  Super Strong Vicious Circle goon with invisible skin and muscle.

Hellrazor:  VC hitman with razor sharp blades on his forearms.

Doubleheader:  Has the ability to eat two cheeseburgers at the same time.

Glowbug:  Able to use light as a weapon with powerful blasts and light swords.

Basher:  Big, tough, dumb and super strong.  VC goon.  Deceased.

Mako:  Super strong, half shark man, with insatiable apetite for human flesh.

Overlord:  Human VC leader with armor that fires deadly rays and abled limited flight.  Deceased.

Mindwarp:  Has limited control over other people's bodies.

Inferno:  Can turn his body into living flame.

Arachnid:  Powerful, bloated, deformed, and six armed.  Eats young flesh and has spider-like abilities.

Bud Ugly:  Super strong, super ugly, VC goon.

Virago:  Can use her victims energy to make ordinary statues and gargoyles come to life.

Nuke Rage:  Big, angry black dude that sees racism in everything and claims to steal for his living.

The Fiend:  Hell entity fueled by hatred of host humans fired plama bolts flew and raised the dead.  Deceased.

Brute:  Super strong electricity generating, and mute VC goon.

Lowblow:  Short, strong and mean as hell.

Cyberface:  Current leader of the VC.  Physically strong and able to command technology to do his bidding.

Strongarm:  Super strong VC goon who was sent to kill Dragon's friend, LT. Frank Darling.  Deceased.

Cesspool:  Drains the life energy of people he touches.  Oozed toxic puss and vomits burning acid.

Fever:  Has snakes for her hair that bite with a powerful hallucinogenic venom.

Mace:  Young-Tough former sidekick of Super-Tough, vicious vigilante who beats villains to death with his mace.

Dung:  Fires fecal  matter from hose like cannons at his wrists.

Abner Cadaver:  Undead sorcerer supreme.

Octopus:  Has half an octopus, including four arms and a hungry beak, growing out of his stomach.

Openface:  A scientist and geneticist with a head that opens sideways to become a powerful mouth.

Ultimatum:  Second in command when Cyberface lead the Annihalators.  Later headed up a rival gang.

Wildhair:  Has powerful living hair that obeys her command.

Moregore:  Savage and superstrong, but not too bright.  VC goon.

Undermind:  Can scramble his victims brains at close range.

Imposter:  Can alter the way he's perceived.

Brawn:  Superstrong VC goon.

Dragon Slayer:  Flying flame-breathing robot built by Chicago Voice publisher R. Richard Richards to slay Dragon.

Horde:  A mass of mind controlling leaches who once threatened Mighty Man in the forties as the Wicked Worm.

Download:  Brilliant dwarf in powerful robotic armor.

Vein:  Has veins that extend off of her arms like powerful whip-like tentacles.

Volcanic:  A  walking volcano who barfs lava.

Firepower:  Rival of Overlord, whose armor allowed him to fly and fir flaming projectiles.  Deceased.

Brainiape.  Hitler's drug and irradiation altered brain in a super gorilla.  Manipulates people as if they were puppets.

Heavy Flo:  Superstrong, fat broad who can fire blood like a high pressure hose.

Bodycount:  Could alter his organic metal arms to form weapons.  Deceased.

Roughneck:  Has giant bolts sticking out of his head and shoulders and a power of a hundred men.

Chicago Bull:  Star of a show about Dragon's adventures.  Went postal after the show's cancellation.  Deceased.

Shard:  Man made out of living glass that can explode, slicing his victims to ribbons, and reforms.

Fade:  Can become nearly transparent.

Raging Woody:  Furious George's adopted brother who inherited his super strength from a nasty bite.

Furious George:  Super strong super monkey who goes ballistic whenever he sees a man in a yellow hat.

Lightning bug:  Can generate lightning bolts and control the weather.

Subhuman:  A prince from the lost city of Atlantis.  Even he can't find it.

Super-X:  Has flihgt, super strenght, and a force field that repels dirt, grime and soap.

Vandal:  Super agile, but not quite so strong.  VC goon.

Negate:  Has the ability to remove superpowers and turn paranormals back to normal humans.

Slab:  Powerful freak, when negate removed his powers, his rivals killed his human form. Deceased.

Roadblock:  A  rock covered bouncer at the Freak Outpost.  A paranormal strip joint.

Bludgeon:  The strongest villain on the planet.  Brother of Chris Robinson., AKA STar.

Johnny Redbeard:  Has the ability to give people super powers.  Deceased.

Control:  The only one who can keep Chaos in check

Chaos:  A savage rampaging beast.

Gateway:  Can open up a portal to transport people from one place to another.

The Devil:  The most powerful evil force known.

Powerhouse:  VC enforcer with incredible strength, flight, and the head of a chicken.

Chelsea Nirvana:  Daughter of Mighty Man's greatest foe.  Has her father's weapons.  Trapped in a man's body.
